Shipping
Although this website calculates the combined delivery price quite accurately, on rare occassions we might have to
charge a bit extra if the items are such that they have to be sent separately. We use a No. of different methods for delivery including our own couriers, Parcel Force/ Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and
other courier services. Depending upon your location and the nature of the item, delivery could be same day, the next day or in most cases 2 working days.
International Orders
We offer Worldwide delivery on almost all the items listed on our website at very reasonable rates. Please contact us with the item numbers that interest you and also include your delivery location and we can send you further details.
Payments
We have a number of payment options available to our customers including secure online payments via Paypal and Nochex. We also accept elec. transfers and cheque payments with all details available on request.
Text Message/ Account Updates
Please check your online account with us regularly by logging into your account on our website. Although we send our customers regular email and text message updates, sometimes emails or texts may not get through. In such instances, order updates shall still be visible to logged in customers.

Our Auto Salvage section has listings sourced from advertisers from all over the UK. Please email us the Ref. number for any vehicle in the salvage section that interests you and we will send you the advertiser contact details ASAP.
Safety Advice
Some of our parts have very sharp edges/ corners etc. and great care should be taken when handling them. We recommend the use of thick gloves when
opening the parts to avoid any accidents. We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting from not taking due care.
Damaged or Lost items
Please check your goods thoroughly for any damage upon receiving them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, they can be returned with the driver/ courier at the time of delivery. It becomes extremely hard to claim any compensation from couriers if items are signed for without checking them. Items that have been resprayed by the customer cannot be returned to us.
Returns Policy
Although great care is taken to ensure the despatch of correct parts, mistakes can happen from time to time. Mistakes from our side will result
in the despatch of the correct item at no extra charge to the customer and a refund for any delivery charges the customer may incur. Mistakes from the customers side may result in
the customer having to pay the additional delivery charges and any other costs involved. We must be notified immediately if any parts need returning to us.
Warranty
Majority of the items listed come with a standard supplier warranty. For electronics goods, to make use of the warranty, the items may need returning direct to our suppliers for testing before replacements can be issued.
Out of stock items
Although we carry huge stocks, in the unlikely event of a particular item being out of stock, the
delivery time may increase by a day or two. We will inform you on any such occassions and you reserve the right to either claim a full refund or allow the additional time
required for delivery.
Special Order items
Some items especially in the body kits section are special order items and have to be manufactured by the suppliers on order. Special order items can usually take 5-7 working days to get to our customers.

electronic transfer of funds into our account, direct cash deposits into our account etc. will qualify for a discount depending on the size of the order. This
becomes possible as we save the online card payment fees and we pass the savings directly to our customers.
